Expressive Writing for Wellbeing

The Expressive Writing for Wellbeing sessions are welcoming, accessible, gentle and supportive. Sessions are guided by participants’ interests and experiences, with a mixture of structured exercises, free form writing and creative visualisations.

No experience necessary, open to all abilities.

This venue has a level access and an accessible toilet.

    Their ability to keep bursting through the dark earth year after year, will remind you that you too will bloom again!
